Security Forces break into Brotherhood’s news headquarters

Security forces broke into the headquarters of the Muslim Brotherhood's official news website, and arrested 12 journalists and technicians inside.

A security force accompanied by some thugs entered the bureau at 7:30AM, seized some equipment and documents and arrested journalists, Ahmed Subei, managing editor of the site, told Al-Masry Al-Youm.

The government earlier blamed the Muslim Brotherhood for the unrest that followed the 25 January protests, although the group has said it was not involved in planning the initial protests.
