Kuwait to recruit Egyptian teachers in July

A Kuwaiti education official said the Kuwait Education Ministry has agreed to form committees to hire Egyptian and Tunisian teachers from all specializations.

In a statement to the press Monday, Tamader al-Saderawy said the committees will fly to Egypt and Tunisia in July and hire teachers for various stages of education in Kuwaiti schools.

General managers of education departments will form the committees, she said.

Saderawy said her country has raised the accomodation allowance for non-Kuwaiti teachers from 60 to 150 Kuwaiti dinars.
