FMs of Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia discuss with Macron Gaza conditions

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and the foreign ministers of Qatar, Jordan and Saudi Arabia had a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris to discuss moves to stop the Israeli war on Gaza, and deliver sustained aid to Gaza.

In statements on his X account, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ahmed Abu Zeid said the two sides discussed ways to advance the political path and support the implementation of the two-state solution.

Earlier, the Spokesperson said that Shoukry’s visit to Paris is part of the French side’s keenness on communicating with Arab foreign ministers to reach a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, end the humanitarian crisis in the Palestinian territory and secure the delivery of sustained aid to the Gazans.

The participants are also scheduled to discuss international efforts aimed at finding a radical political solution to the crisis and support the two-state solution principle, said the spokesman.
