Egypt, France, Jordan FMs hold talks on Gaza

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry had tripartite talks in Cairo on Saturday with his French and Jordanian counterparts; Stéphane Sejourné and Ayman Safadi respectively.

Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abo Zeid said on “X” platform that the talks focus on developments in the Gaza Strip with efforts to cease fire permanently and putting an end to humanitarian crisis suffered by Gazans.

Earlier on Saturday, Shoukry and Séjourné had a closed session of talks at the Tahrir Palace in Cairo, asserting the necessity of achieving a ceasefire and putting an end to the humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip.
